The application deadline is June 01, 2026; however, if a class reaches its capacity of 10 students before this date, admissions for that class will be closed.

Interview Deadline
All students and their guardians are required to complete an admissions interview before being accepted at IWA. This interview must be conducted by June 15, 2026; however, if the volume of applications exceeds our capacity to process them on time, extensions will be granted.

Enrollment Contract Due and Entry Fee
After a student has received the official ACCEPTANCE LETTER from IWA, the student’s guardians will have 10 days to sign the enrolment contract and pay the required entrance fee. Failure to complete these steps within the 10-day period may result in the forfeiture of the student’s spot in the class.

This section outlines the eligibility criteria, and the types of cases considered for support, ensuring that applicants understand when and how they might qualify for assistance.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Financial Aid is only Awarded on a Needs Basis
Financial aid is awarded to students who are unable to pay full tuition. If aid is granted, it is not a full scholarship. Instead, it covers a percentage of the total tuition cost, depending on the family’s demonstrated need.
Full Scholarship
For a student to be granted a full scholarship, it is essential that the family’s financial circumstances demonstrate a need that justifies covering the entire tuition. However, eligibility for a full scholarship also requires the student to be academically outstanding or to possess a unique talent or skill that sets them apart from their peers. This distinction should contribute positively to the IWA community, enhancing its academic, extra-curricular or inter-cultural environment.
Extra Information Required to Apply for Financial Aid
You will be asked to provide the following details regarding the parents’ or guardian’s financial situation:
- Estimated household income for 2024.
- Estimated expenses for 2024.
- List of all individuals currently living in the household, including their relationship to the student.
- An essay, 100 to 200 words, from the parents explaining their need for financial aid and why they believe IWA is the right fit for their child. The essay may be submitted in either Spanish or English, reflecting our bilingual school community.
